Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Plastic wrapper at the grip must remain intact.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us: Email us at return@artepickleball.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Assessment: We will assess the return request on a case-by-case basis and inform you on the next step.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the return, we will refund the full value of the paddle plus the original shipping charges.

Refund Process:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
  • Items purchased using the discount code FORYOU30
  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

No returns or refunds will be issued for any of the above. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase (subject to eligibility above) and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
