This warranty applies to all ARTÉ products purchased directly from ARTÉ or authorized dealers.
Our warranty is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchasing the product.
If you believe your ARTÉ product is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will assess the issue to determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty policy. This evaluation may include a physical inspection of the product or a review of the provided documentation.

In the event of a warranty replacement, we may request the return of the damaged or defective product at our expense.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ARTÉ. No other warranties, express or implied, are made. ARTÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes related to this warranty shall be resolved accordingly.
