Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to all ARTÉ products purchased directly from ARTÉ or authorized dealers.

Warranty Duration

Our warranty is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of purchasing the product.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your ARTÉ product is damaged or defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at return@artepickleball.com
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of the original purchase receipt or order number.
  3. Describe the Issue: Share details about the issue, along with photographs or videos to help us evaluate the damage or defect.

Warranty Evaluation

Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will assess the issue to determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty policy. This evaluation may include a physical inspection of the product or a review of the provided documentation.

Warranty Resolution

If the issue is covered under our warranty, we will offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

  • Replacement: A new product of the same or similar design.
  • Store Credit: Equivalent to the value of the damaged or defective product, redeemable for future purchases.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Exposure to extreme conditions.
  • Accidents, impacts, or improper storage.

Return of Damaged Product

In the event of a warranty replacement, we may request the return of the damaged or defective product at our expense.

Disclaimer

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by ARTÉ. No other warranties, express or implied, are made. ARTÉ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes related to this warranty shall be resolved accordingly.
