Send us an enquiry via the contact form with your quantity, event date or deadline, and any design ideas you have. Starting from scratch is completely fine. We will guide you through it.
Step 2: Quote and Design Proof
We will come back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote, timeline, and an initial design concept based on your brief.
Step 3: Approve, Produce, Deliver
Once you sign off on the design, we go into production. Most orders ship within 3–4 weeks of artwork approval, delivered direct to your door.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom pickleball paddles?
Our minimum order is 30 custom paddles. Pricing improves significantly at 50 and 100 units. We will include a full pricing breakdown in your quote.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes. We can arrange a pre-production sample, which is a single paddle with your artwork applied, before the full run begins. Ask us about this when you send your enquiry.
Do you ship custom paddle orders to Singapore?
Absolutely. Singapore is one of our primary markets and we regularly fulfil corporate orders there. We also ship to the Philippines, Australia, the UAE, the United States, and most countries worldwide.
How long does production take?
Typically 3–4 weeks from final artwork approval. If you have a fixed event date, let us know upfront and we will do our best to work within your deadline, including rush options where possible.
What file format do I need to provide for my logo or artwork?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) for the sharpest print result. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300dpi also works. If your files are not print-ready, our design team can help redraw or clean up your artwork.
Can you help create the design if I do not have artwork ready?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines, colour palette, and any creative direction and our in-house design team will take it from there. A design fee may apply for fully custom artwork.
Are ARTÉ custom paddles suitable for tournament play?
Our paddles are built on the same carbon fibre core used across our full product range. They are suitable for recreational and club-level play. USAPA approval is currently in progress, making them ideal for corporate events, activations, and casual competitive play.
