Got this as a gift for someone who absolutely loves the colour 😍 That person's game definitely improved after moving to this paddle from their initial starter paddle with smooth face. Really good quality for the price and there is still noticeable grit on the face for spins despite the colours applied. Highly recommended if you're looking to upgrade from your starter paddle 👍🏻

It’s light but doesn’t feel cheap at all. The paddle face has a nice texture, and the grit is rough enough for spin. Definitely not your basic starter paddle.
